First of all, can we talk about Mike (Michael) the host? He’s the best! His service was impeccable from start to the end, always stopping by my table to check if my niece and I were doing well. He offered my niece a lollipop—but only after asking me first if it was okay for her to have one after her meal. He also gave her a coloring sheet and crayons. Truly kind, charismatic, and attentive. The food took a while to get to my table, I would say more than 20 minutes and I just ordered the Classic hamburger. The atmosphere is beautiful! A place with very beautiful velvety chairs and cheerful decor, filled with lots of leaves, flowers, bamboo, and vibrant colors. Very welcoming and impressive

I really enjoy going to this Bill’s location, the staff is lovely and service is very quick. Our waitress Sarah was very helpful and attentive. The food was great, we had the rump steak, a vegetarian full English breakfast with pancakes, and fish, peas and mash for my baby. Everything was delicious, specially the pancakes. They have a nice selection of kids dishes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and decor is elegant. The space is very clean and spacious, very comfortable for going out with a baby.

Bill's in Hammersmith is a fantastic spot for a casual yet delicious meal. We enjoyed two beef burgers, which were perfectly cooked and incredibly succulent—flavorful and satisfying. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and Dani, our waiter, was exceptional—attentive, patient, and highly professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. A great choice for comfort food and excellent service. Highly recommended .

I had the pleasure of dining at Bills and trying their famous bottomless pancakes, and it was nothing short of amazing! The pancakes were perfectly fluffy, light, and delicious with the perfect balance of sweetness. I was able to indulge in as many as I wanted, and they were always served hot and fresh. Each stack was a delight! But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our incredible server, Angel. From the moment we sat down, Angel greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel like VIPs. She was attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Her upbeat personality and excellent service really elevated the whole experience. The combination of amazing food and exceptional service from Angel made this visit one for the books. I can’t wait to return and enjoy more bottomless pancakes with such fantastic service. Highly recommend!

Visited for brunch whilst in the area for a nearby exhibition. I couldn’t fault my experience there, staff were friendly and eager to help, I was served promptly both with my order being taken and food served. The food was delicious, and I always appreciate that Bills had a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Inside was beautiful decorated with a great atmosphere, I would visit again in future!

I had such a lovely experience dining at Bill’s Restaurant in London! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful details that give the space a stylish and comfortable feel. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish we ordered was full of flavour and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the cooking. I especially enjoyed the variety on the menu, which caters to different tastes without feeling overwhelming. The only minor detail I’d point out is that the steak had a bit too much salt for my personal preference, but it was still cooked perfectly and very tender. The staff were also fantastic — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our meal. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without being intrusive, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. All in all, Bill’s Restaurant exceeded my expectations. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy excellent food, and feel truly taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning and will happily recommend it to anyone!

Bill’s offers excellent vegetarian options my all time favourite is Greek salad, and I absolutely love their Sunday brunch. The desserts are also amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help. So far, I’ve been served by Angel, Manish and Viren —each of them has been fantastic, always attentive and genuinely dedicated to providing great customer service.
